MANAGERS NEEDED FOR DAY AND NIGH SHIFT
Day (5am-2pm)
Night (2pm-11pm)

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Brew Crew Members on designated shift
• Ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly throughout the store
• Guarantees Brew Crew Members are working to the best of their abilities while providing exceptional customer service
• Help make drinks and food when store gets busy and/or not enough Brew Crew Members are present
• Defuse any and all situations where a customer is having an undesirable experience and make it right for them
• Encourage and train Brew Crew Members to ensure all customers have the best experience while at Joe Zone
• Assist in recruitment of Brew Crew Members and team development*Schedule shifts for Baristas and Prep Cooks
• Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed

Basic Qualifications:
‍
• At least one (1) year of experience managing employees, preferably in hospitality or food service
• Customer Service experience
• Strong delegation, organizational and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt when necessary
• Hard work ethic
• Self-motivated
